What is ISO 45001
Το ISO 45001 είναι ένα διεθνές πρότυπο για Συστήματα Διαχείρισης της Υγείας και Ασφάλειας στην Εργασία (Occupational Health and Safety Management System OHSMS). Η συμμόρφωση ενός οργανισμού με το συγκεκριμένο πρότυπο επιβεβαιώνει ότι μια επιχείρηση εφαρμόζει ολοκληρωμένα μέτρα για την καταγραφή πιθανών εργασιακών κινδύνων και την πρόληψη και αντιμετώπιση εργασιακών ατυχημάτων. Έτσι, η επιχείρηση έχει μετρήσιμους δείκτες και στόχους που τη βοηθούν να βελτιώνει την απόδοσή της στον τομέα της εργασιακής υγείας και ασφάλειας, προστατεύοντας τους εργαζομένους της.
Which organizations can adopt ISO 45001
ISO 45001 is a standard that can be applied by both private businesses and public organizations, regardless of their size or type of activity.
Επιπλέον, το πρότυπο ISO 45001:2018 ακολουθεί τη Δομή Υψηλού Επιπέδου (Annex SL). Η διαμόρφωση ενός προτύπου με τη Δομή Υψηλού Επιπέδου βοηθά στην ευθυγράμμιση των διαφόρων προτύπων ISO μέσω μιας διασταυρούμενης δομής προτύπων. Έτσι, διευκολύνεται η ενσωμάτωσή του σε ένα ολοκληρωμένο Σύστημα Διαχείρισης μαζί με άλλα πρότυπα όπως το ISO 9001 (Σύστημα Διαχείρισης Ποιότητας) και το ISO 14001 (Σύστημα Περιβαλλοντικής Διαχείρισης).

ISO 45001 Certification Process with Ergocert
The initial assessment for obtaining ISO 45001 certification is carried out through a structured and transparent two-stage process:
Initial Assessment: Stage I Audit
Review of the completeness and adequacy of the organization's documented Occupational Health and Safety Management System
Initial Assessment: Stage II Audit
Review of the implementation and effectiveness of the management system. The audit examines all relevant information, performance targets, internal controls and processes, assessing the organization's full compliance with the selected ISO standard, and serves as the final step in achieving the organization's certification.
After a successfull evaluation, the company receives their ISO Certification, valid for 3 years.
Surveillance Audits
During the certificate's validity period, surveillance audits (2 in total) are conducted annually to confirm the seamless and continued implementation of the Management System.
Recertification is achieved by re-evaluating the Management System before the current certificate expires.
