The assessment investigated important factors of a healthy work environment such as management reliability, respect, fairness, a sense of pride, and camaraderie.
The results achieved were extremely positive and reflected the effort and work we have put into creating a welcoming, fair and hospitable workplace. Aspects regarding the management’s ability and competence as well as the fair and equal treatment of employees ranked achieved amongst the highest approval scores.
