The week of November 10-14, 2025, has been designated as World Quality Week, while November 13 is specifically honored as "World Quality Day 2025."
The celebration of World Quality Day is an initiative of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) and aims to highlight the decisive role of quality in shaping our daily lives, as we experience it today, as well as to highlight the contribution of thousands of professionals from around the world who, through their work, defend and ensure quality at every stage of production and service provision.

The concept of quality applies to every service, project, or product we use and consume on a daily basis. It encompasses all the systems, controls, verifications, practices, and strategic planning that are implemented so that an organization's final product or service meets the required specifications and satisfies the customer's needs to the greatest extent possible.
Quality is not a formal or bureaucratic term, nor is it limited to compliance with rules and procedures. On the contrary, it is the central pillar of the production process and a key factor in the success and sustainable development of an organization. Without quality results, there can be no progress, trust, or competitive advantage.
Ensuring quality in a project, product, or service is a complex process that requires collaboration between professionals from many disciplines—from design and development to final inspection, storage, and go-to-market strategies.
The success of an organization depends on the proper functioning of each "link" in the quality chain and the cooperation between them.

The Inspection and Certification Body plays a crucial role in this chain. Its role is to objectively examine, confirm and assure -through independent testing and inspection procedures- if the product, service or project in question is compliant and fullfills the national and international standards and regulatory requirements.
The contribution of a Certification Body is not limited to awarding a certificate. Instead, it is indents, the strengthening of trust between businessevolved in the continuous improvement of an organization, the prevention of risks and accis and customers, and the dissemination of a culture of quality at every level of the organization.
Through regular inspections, technical guidance, and confirmation of compliance, the Certification Body acts as a strategic partner, enhancing the credibility of businesses that focus on quality, safety, and growth.
